1. How long are shipping times? 

Your product(s) will ship within one to five days of you placing your order, and then take 10 to 20 days to reach your doorstep.  Each item at Spikemode has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 

2. What's your return policy?

If the item has arrived damaged, just send us a picture via e-mail explaining the condition and we can take it from there and arrange the return.  Depending of the issue, we may even ask you to keep the item or donate it and we will refund the $.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product.  Tracking will show us the timeframe.  Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, you can do the following three things: donate it, recycle it, or simply enjoy it! 

4. What happen if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order, if it is the wrong size, wrong color, defective or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, simply notify us, send us a picture via email explaining the issue and we'll gladly give you a refund.  

5. Do you do exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges, however, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know ad we'll get you a new one.
